Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange. Articles are qualified for change if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present. These conditions apply to non-sale orders only. For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than normal.

Please note we cannot consider cases reported after 24 hours of the receipt of your items. Please do not dispose of the items as you may need to return them to be eligible for a refund. The product has to be returned in the same packaging as provided by the brand to let the exchange process happen smoothly. In situations otherwise, the additional charges of product handling will be borne by the customer.
